Who is responsible

What is collected

The enquiry form asks for three things: your name, the property address and a phone number. That is all that is collected through this website. There are no tracking or advertising cookies on this site.

Why it is collected

Solely to call you back about your enquiry and, if you instruct me, to carry out the survey or valuation and administer the file. The lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry, and performance of a contract once one exists.

Who it is shared with

Nobody, other than where required by law or by RICS regulatory obligations. Enquiry details are never sold or used for marketing by third parties.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to instructions are deleted once they are no longer live. Where a survey or valuation is carried out, records are kept for the period required for professional indemnity and regulatory purposes.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where there is no continuing need to keep it. Contact me on the details above. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
